Free 21 Days to Creative Flow
I’m obsessed with Creative Flow
I’m so obsessed that I even gave a TedX talk on it (watch here).
I believe in this so strongly that I want EVERYONE to learn how to maximize flow so they can automate this power in their own lives. The experience of flow is universal, free, and simple to generate–but there are specific actions we need to take to generate a positive flow environment. And, I’ve created a 21-Day Email Course to prove it.
Does this sound familiar…?
You want to pursue a creative outlet, but find yourself overwhelmed, fragmented, overly self critical and a master procrastinator. You feel like an imposter and a fake, and even if you do manage to spend invest some QT into your craft, you get frustrated with the results and your progress stalls. It ends up being much easier to mindlessly scroll or catch up on back episodes of your fave tv show. And your beautiful creative dream is back burnered yet again. Let’s try something different.
Unless you know the right steps to create an environment for creative flow, you are likely to repeat this pattern. Remember: “Unexpressed creativity isn’t benign. It festers.” (Brene Brown). But how can you break through the borders that keep you stuck in a negative feedback loop?
The amazing science and research behind flow has the answer. Consider this: every beautiful thing that has been made, every life saving invention, every powerful innovation are ALL a product of flow.
Every day, for just over 3 weeks, you’ll get a short email from me all about how to create and engage in Creative Flow State
With these emails, you will immediately be able to:
identify the flow that’s already present in your life
take instant steps to increase the value, frequency and range of flow
learn how to soothe anxiety and heal trauma through flow
increase pleasure and satisfaction in your daily life (amazing, right?!)
learn how to get REALLY good at your thing— and it will feel effortless!
There is tons of academic research on flow, and I’ve spent the last few years digging into everything I can get my hands on. Everything that can be measured has been measured–and through the fields of science, psychology, neurology and even business, we know A LOT about flow–and how to foster it in our daily lives.
Let's do this thing, together!
