My resin paper collages—part of my “Geode” series—are made from hand-cut pieces of recycled magazines, arranged in a circular pattern organized by color. Each magazine image is hand shredded and individually selected for texture, color, and light, then sealed under a glossy coat of resin that brings out incredible depth and vibrancy.  The radiating bands mimic the mineral deposits and color shifts found in rock formations.

When the paper is sealed under resin the geological feel is enhanced, almost like a cross-section of stone.

It’s made from simple tools: scissors, glue, and paper—plus a little resin magic. The final effect? Like looking through a kaleidoscope built from gemstones.  The resin adds clarity and depth, making the colors more saturated and the surface smooth and durable. The overall look is both structured and organic, and every piece is different depending on the source material.
